We are pleased to welcome you to the Granis website. The focus of our company is fishing and reproduction of salmon species in the North Kuril Islands area. The main activities of the company:

The North Kuril Islands are located on the border of Russia, which allows us to be among the first to start salmon fishing in the Far East. The lack of industrial production and large cities on the islands has a positive effect on the ecological situation, which makes it possible to produce organic fish rich in natural vitamins and amino acids. The minimum time interval between harvesting, processing and freezing of raw fish guarantees high quality products. In the rivers of the North Kuril Islands, a diverse species composition of salmon spawns, which allows us to fish for pink salmon, chum salmon, sockeye salmon and coho salmon.

The company owns three medium-tonnage mining and processing vessels. LLC "Granis" uses the best fishing practices and experience accumulated by Russian and foreign companies. Regular modernization of harvesting and processing equipment makes it possible to produce high quality products that are valued in the domestic market and are in demand among foreign partners.

With the support of our company, scientific research is regularly carried out by specialized organizations in the area of the North Kuril Islands, the main direction of which is the rational use of water and biological resources of the area. The ongoing research helps to improve the efficiency of the fishery without harming the environment.

We finance projects aimed at the reproduction of salmon in order to develop and preserve the salmon population in the Far East.
